At Native Breed, we offer a convenient subscription option that allows customers to receive their favourite products automatically while enjoying exclusive savings.

Subscription Discount

Customers who enrol in a subscription program receive 10% off each eligible subscription order.

Subscription Frequency

Customers may choose from the following delivery options:

  • Monthly subscription (every 30 days)

  • Bi-monthly subscription (every 60 days)

The selected frequency will apply to all recurring subscription orders unless changed by the customer.

Billing & Payment

  • Subscription orders are automatically billed to the payment method provided at checkout.

  • Billing occurs at the time each subscription order is processed, according to the selected frequency.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that payment information remains accurate and up to date.

Managing Your Subscription

Customers may manage their subscription at any time by logging into their account, including:

  • Changing delivery frequency

  • Updating payment or shipping information

  • Skipping a scheduled delivery

  • Cancelling the subscription

Changes must be made before the next scheduled billing date to apply to the upcoming order.

Cancellation Policy

  • Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time without penalty.

  • Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • Cancellation will take effect for future subscription orders only.

Product Availability

If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, Native Breed reserves the right to:

  • Delay shipment until the product is back in stock, or

  • Cancel the affected subscription order and issue a refund if applicable

Customers will be notified in such cases.

Price Changes

Subscription pricing reflects a 10% discount off the regular product price at the time of billing. If the regular price of a product changes, the subscription price will adjust accordingly.

Modifications to the Subscription Program

Native Breed reserves the right to modify or discontinue the subscription program, discount rate, or terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the website or via email when applicable.
